		<description>Nice article.  I can&#039;t imagine a world without my gay brothers (and sisters).   As a 45 year old hetero guy, I have seen in my time the acceptance of homosexuality begin to be exemplified by such shows. As you so well point out, it would be great if being gay wasn&#039;t something where achievements, both famous and infamous, are not equated to one&#039;s sexual orientation.     Gardeners as a whole are gentle people who recognize uniqueness and beauty in the world around them and most of us truly strive for a peaceful place in the world.  Accepting people for who they are and not judging are crucial to achieving this.</description>

		<description>Well put! I don&#039;t believe I could have said it better myself. I&#039;ve long wondered why I should have to be defined by my sexual orientation when the only person that should be concerned with it is the one sleeping in my bed. You really hit the nail on the head with the way I feel about it.</description>
