Catch me live talking about Starting Tomatoes on That’s Life With Robin Swoboda (10AM Fox 8 in Cleveland). I will be talking about starting tomatoes from seed and how to care for your seedlings.
BTW, if you like the “I (HEART) Dirt” tee shirt I am wearing, you can sign up to win your own from This Garden is Illegal and Troy-Bilt.

I “tickled” my tomato seedlings (from Mr. G.) by putting them on my deck in a protected light outdoor breeze the other day. They are currently indoors in a south window until I can safely place them in my sun-shed. What is lowest night temp they withstand in a sun-shed? Non-heated. I know they like it warm.

Once they are hardened off, they are ok as long as it does not get cold enough to frost. We should be pretty safe now and I have some of my seedlings outside overnight now.
Thanks for stopping by!

Thanks! I really hope it doesn’t grow to be seven feet tall like some people’s plants… Fortunately, I DO have high ceilings.
